I’ve been guiding a long weekend of bike and hikes based out of Braemar for Steven Fallon Mountain Guides. We had a mixture of weather and there is a trip report over on Steven’s Blog!
The weather forecast was for storms to come in by the end of the weekend so it was with a sense of adventure that I set of with Alistair into the Fisherfield Forest to see if we could traverse the five munros before the storms arrived… We enjoyed a lovely sunny walk in on the […]
I’ve been guiding a CNDo Scotland Cape Wrath Trail for the last couple of weeks in a mixed bag of weather with some lovely river crossings as well as the occasional sunny burst. The group was fantastic and despite a few changes to the planned route due to stormy weather we achieved our goal and […]
I was out working for CNDo Scotland on a highland tour they run for French groups with UCPA. It was fun group and we had some good adventures from a visit to the Isle of Kerrera and Oban Distillery to Glencoe, the North Face of Ben Nevis and the Cairngorms in sunshine!
I was guiding for Steven Fallon Mountain Guides this weekend and we had some great long days into the Cairngorms to climb Monadh Mor, Beinn Mheadhoin and Cairngorm meeting only a handful of other walkers and they were all on Cairngorm enjoying the late sunshine and reindeer! Check out the write-up on Steven’s Blog!
